This privacy policy explains how CGArtefacts ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our app UnfoldVR ("the app").

What information do we collect?

We collect your user ID, which is a unique identifier that we assign to you when you sign up for the app. We also collect your in-game progress and activity, such as your leaderboard ranking and game play statistics. This data is 100% anonymized.

Why do we collect this information?

This data is required for the logical functioning of our app and its leaderboard feature. All personal information we collect through our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions about our practices concerning the collection and processing of your personal information.

How do we protect your information?

To use BattleBots you need to own a valid Meta account.
We get access to your User ID, which is a random number that enables us to identify you as a unique user. We also get access to your User Profile which grants us access to your username and profile photo. We only query for the username which we display in the app when you launch it as well as in the leaderboard.  

How can you access, update, or delete your information?

All data is automatically deleted when a user unistalls our app. You can also contact us at suport@cgartefacts.com if you have any questions or requests regarding your information. In accordance with the policies of Meta®, our app is available on Quest 3 and Quest 3s for users over 12 years old.
If you become aware of an underage user or a user who has accessed our Games without using a Parent-Managed Account as required by Meta, please contact us by email at support@cgartefacts.com, so we may remove their Account and relevant personal information.

How do we update this policy?

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the app, or the law. We will notify you of any material changes by posting a notice in the app or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the app after the update constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
